The Real Estate Institute of Victoria and their digital transformation partner Hutly today released digital signing on all documents to REIV’s member-only VicForms platform.
The new release sees One Touch™ digital signing built-in to not just the official compliance-guaranteed REIV documents, but also the attachments that are sent with them.
That means agencies can send the REIV’s Contract of Sale with key documents like the Section 32 / Vendor Statement attached and ready to sign within a few clicks, making it the most streamlined and simple way to set up and send legally-binding real estate documents quickly.
For those who simply want to send their own documents, VicForms subscribers can pay a per-envelope fee to send documents using the powerful One Touch™ interface.
Last week, REIV Membership Services Manager Matthew Griffin said “Covid-19 and the resulting lockdowns have increased the need for no-contact digital signatures on documents other than just Contracts and Authorities — our member services and tools like VicForms are helping agencies adapt to the new normal while staying informed and compliant.”
Driven by extensive engagement with VicForms subscribers since launching in March, the release brings Hutly’s One Touch signing to subscribers wanting to send any of their agency’s documents out for signing — essentially removing the need to maintain multiple esigning subscriptions and keeping all agency contracts and documents in one place.
Hutly Head of Product & Marketing Hamish Wyatt said “VicForms users have given us some amazing insights to feed back into the VicForms product. That engagement allows us to deliver major improvements — like those in this release — at least every quarter.”
VicForms caters to agencies of all sizes, from those who use a few forms a month to agencies who use hundreds. All VicForms plans are no lock-in, month-to-month subscriptions and start from just $19.95 per month.
Agencies can contact the VicForms team at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a demo or visit www.vicforms.com.au for more information.
