Hutly today announced Melissa Bridgens of therentalexperts.com.au as the inaugural winner of the weekly $500 Hutly One Touch prize!

Melissa automatically entered the draw by sending and executing a Hutly One Touch General Tenancy Agreement within a single week on The REIQ's Realworks platform.

Melissa, a new convert to Hutly's One Touch, was impressed by the simplicity of the system which allows tenants to review and confirm their acceptance using two-factor authentication and a signature stored against a distributed blockchain ledger.

"I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was not having to get any paper forms signed," she said.

She also let us know she's probably going to use the money to spoil herself, which sounds like the perfect way to put it to use —especially if the start of 2021 is anything to go by!

We congratulate Melissa and thank all users of our technology.

How property managers can win

Every General Tenancy Agreement that is sent and executed by tenants and property managers in Queensland using Hutly One Touch technology is an automatic entry. On Wednesday morning each week, Hutly uses a random number generator to pick the winner — which is how Melissa won!

About Hutly's One Touch service

Hutly One Touch is the modern way to sign agreements. Using a combination of two-factor authentication and distributed ledger technology, One Touch allows tenants and property managers to review and execute a legally-binding General Tenancy Agreement (Form 18a) on any device — without a signature — in minutes.
